1. Overview By placing an order with Get The Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Made-to-Order Policy All hair extensions are made to order. Once payment is received, production begins immediately. Cancellations are not accepted after this point. We cannot refund on the basis you have changed your mind.

3. Product Quality All products are 100% human hair, ethically sourced, and manufactured by our trusted supplier. We aim to ensure every bundle meets high quality standards.

4. Delivery Estimated turnaround: 7–10 working days. Bespoke Colours/Sizes: 21 Days. We will provide manual updates as your order progresses. Shipping is provided via DHL, FedEx, or other premium couriers.

5. Returns & Exchanges Returns are only accepted in cases of:

• Damaged goods

• Incorrect items received

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products before issuing a replacement or refund.

6. Colour Matching & Customer Responsibility Please ensure your chosen colour, length, and product type is correct before placing your order. We offer a free colour match service — we recommend using this if you are unsure.

7. Trade Pricing Our pricing reflects trade-friendly rates and is designed for salons, stylists, and industry professionals. Certification is not required at this time.

8. Limitation of Liability Get The Hair shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, incorrect installation, or improper aftercare. We strongly advise professional installation and adherence to our aftercare guide.

10. Product Accuracy & Disclaimer The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen accurately reflects the true colour of the hair. Products may vary slightly from the images shown.

Packaging may also differ from what is displayed on our site, depending on supplier availability and updates.

We strive to provide accurate information regarding the origin of the hair we supply. However, as our products are sourced and manufactured by a third-party supplier, certain elements (such as sourcing country or manufacturing variations) may be outside of our direct control.

All product sizes, weights, and measurements listed on the website may have up to a 10% tolerance.

11. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us 11.1 Our website guides you through the steps to place an order. You will be able to check and amend any errors before submitting. Please ensure all details — especially colour, length, and hair type — are correct before proceeding.

11.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

11.3 Your order is only confirmed when you receive a Dispatch Confirmation. A binding contract is formed between you and Get The Hair at this point.

11.4 If we are unable to fulfil your order (due to lack of stock, supplier issues, or pricing errors), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund including delivery charges.

12. Right to Cancel 12.1 Under UK law, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases. However, this does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items.

12.2 All of our products are made to order, tailored to your chosen specifications (e.g. length, colour, and hair type). Therefore, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply.

12.3 By placing your order, you agree that production begins immediately and acknowledge that cancellation rights are waived due to the bespoke nature of the item.

12.4 If you believe the item is incorrect or damaged, please see our Returns section and notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with our supplier to inspect the issue and provide a refund or replacement where appropriate.

13. Our Right to Vary These Terms 13.1 We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in legal requirements, supplier terms, or operational needs.

13.2 Every time you place an order, the Terms in force at that time will apply.

13.3 If we update these Terms in a way that impacts an active order, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel. Should you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund (including delivery) and we will arrange return shipping at our cost where applicable.

14. International Shipping Terms 14.1 International shipping rates, including to the United States, are based on average courier fees. However, actual rates may vary depending on your state or region.

14.2 If the cost to ship your order exceeds what was paid at checkout, we reserve the right to contact you with the option to:

• Pay the additional amount before dispatch, or

• Cancel your order for a full refund.

14.3 Orders over £800 (or equivalent in local currency) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

14.4 Get The Hair is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or failure to pay duties. Please check your country’s import policies prior to ordering.

14.5 Orders over £1000 may require special shipping arrangements. If shipping exceeds standard rates, we may contact you to organise a custom shipping quote.

14.6 We do not inflate courier prices and are committed to fair, transparent international shipping. Any changes or additional costs will be communicated clearly before dispatch.

Payments, PayPal & Klarna

Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless using Klarna or another approved “buy now, pay later” method.

• Klarna may perform a soft credit check for eligibility — this does not affect your credit score.

• PayPal orders must ship to the exact address entered at checkout to qualify for seller protection. We are unable to make manual address changes after payment. We will cancel your order and ask you to place the order again.

• Refunds for Klarna and PayPal purchases will be processed back to the original payment method, following return and inspection of the goods.

Colour Matching Disclaimer:

We are happy to provide guidance based on the photos or information you share. However, all colour matching advice is a general recommendation only, and may vary depending on:

• Screen brightness

• Lighting conditions

• Hair tone and undertones

• Image quality

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified stylist or extension specialist before making a final colour decision. Once you confirm the colour to us its at your own discretion and we are not liable and will not be held responsible if the colour is not what you expected

Get The Hair cannot accept responsibility for colour mismatch on any order. Final selection is the buyer’s responsibility.
