Production Time:
All items are made-to-order produced within 3–5 business days after payment is received, depending on availability.
Bespoke shades or lengths may take up to 21 days — if this applies to your order, we’ll confirm it at checkout and keep you updated throughout.

Returns & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of every strand — but we know questions can come up. Here's how we handle returns.
You can return if:
There is a fault with your product (e.g. tangling, shedding)
You received the wrong item
The item arrived damaged in transit
Contact us right away or within 14 days
You cannot return if:
You selected the wrong colour (we offer free colour matching — please use it but decision needs to be yours before ordering!)
The item has been worn, opened, or tampered with - No opened packaging can be returned
The hair has been custom-made or used
Important Note on Colour Selection:
All orders are final once the hair goes into production. If you're unsure of your shade, please choose “Match Me” at checkout or send us a selfie in natural light for help. Refunds cannot be issued for incorrect colour choice.
🌍 International Returns (USA & Worldwide)
If you're based outside the UK and need to return an item:
You must still contact us within 7 days
All return costs (including shipping and any customs/duty) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or faulty
We’ll always work with you to find a fair and fast resolution — but international shipping costs are non-refundable.

The only reason global checkout isn’t enabled yet is because we’re carefully managing UK && USA fulfilment first — but the vision has always been global.
