We take pride in making every bundle to perfection — which means your hair is made to order.

Production Time:
All items are made-to-order produced within 3–5 business days after payment is received, depending on availability.
Bespoke shades or lengths may take up to 21 days — if this applies to your order, we’ll confirm it at checkout and keep you updated throughout.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch

• Free Shipping: On orders over £300

• Flat Rate: £14 for orders under £300

• We ship via tracked courier, and you’ll receive updates every step of the way.

🇺🇸 USA Shipping

• Fully tracked courier service

• Delivery estimate: 5–10 working days from dispatch

Customs Notice:
Orders under $800 USD typically arrive duty-free - we cannot guarantee and is determined by your country. Orders above this may be subject to import fees or clearance charges. These are not included at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of every strand — but we know questions can come up. Here's how we handle returns.

You can return if:

• There is a fault with your product (e.g. tangling, shedding)

• You received the wrong item

• The item arrived damaged in transit

• Contact us right away or within 14 days

You cannot return if:

• You selected the wrong colour (we offer free colour matching — please use it but decision needs to be yours before ordering!)

• The item has been worn, opened, or tampered with - No opened packaging can be returned

• The hair has been custom-made or used

Important Note on Colour Selection:
All orders are final once the hair goes into production. If you're unsure of your shade, please choose “Match Me” at checkout or send us a selfie in natural light for help. Refunds cannot be issued for incorrect colour choice.

🌍 International Returns (USA & Worldwide)

If you're based outside the UK and need to return an item:

• You must still contact us within 7 days

• All return costs (including shipping and any customs/duty) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or faulty

We’ll always work with you to find a fair and fast resolution — but international shipping costs are non-refundable.

While our website is currently set up for UK & USA delivery only, we’ve already shipped internationally and we’re passionate about serving clients worldwide.

If you're outside the UK or USA, please don't let the checkout stop you — we’re more than happy to arrange international orders manually.

The only reason global checkout isn’t enabled yet is because we’re carefully managing UK && USA fulfilment first — but the vision has always been global.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@getthehair.com within 7 days

2. Attach photos or a short video of the issue

3. If approved, we’ll send return instructions

4. Returns are inspected within 5 business days

5. If confirmed as faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or refund

Note: Hair must be unused and in original packaging unless reporting a fault. If our manufacturer finds no issue, we’ll notify you and return the item.
