A: Great question — and one that really matters.

A lot of hair is called “double drawn,” but that term means different things depending on the supplier. What actually matters is something called the ratio.

The ratio = how much of the bundle is full-length strands.

For example:
If you order a 100g bundle of 20” hair, a 30% ratio means only 30g of that bundle is actually 20" — the rest may include shorter strands (like 10", 14", etc.).
